Great Britain: Tories in Control

Arthur Cyr teaches international relations at the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois. He is the author of Liberal Party Politics in Britain (London: John Calder Ltd., 1977) and British Foreign Policy and the Atlantic Area (London: MacmilLan, 1979) as well as many articles on European and international politics. He served for three years on the staff of the Ford Foundation and was subsequently a faculty member and administrator at the University of California at Los Angeles.
