The European Community

William C. Cromwell is a specialist in European international relations and has lectured at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He is the author of The Eurogroup and NATO (Philadelphia: Foreign Policy Research Institute, 1974) and author/editor of Political Problems of Atlantic Partnership (Bruges, Belgium: College of Europe Press, 1969).
