Changing Soviet-American Relations

Nils H. Wessell is a research associate at the Foreign Policy Research Institute in Philadelphia. A former exchange student at Moscow State University, he is the editor, with Grayson Kirk, of The Soviet Threat: Myths and Realities (New York: Academy of Political Science, 1978). He is now studying the ground rules of detente in areas of regional tension under a grant from the National Council for Soviet and East European Research.
