United States Aid in Southeast Asia

Richard Butwell is the author of Southeast Asia, a Political Introduction (New York: Praeger, 1975) and of the Southeast Asia section of the Political Handbook of the World 1978 (New York: McGraw-Hill, for the Council on Foreign Relations). He is Vice President for Academic Programs at Murray State University in Kentucky.
