The Soviet Union and Cuba in Ethiopia

Daniel S. Papp has recently been research professor at the Strategic Studies Institute of the United States Army War College and has been a visiting lecturer at the Western Australia Institute of Technology in Perth, Australia. He has published articles on Soviet foreign policy and resources policy in International Journal, Social Science Quarterly, Parameters, Resources Policy, and Soviet Union, and has recently completed a manuscript entitled “Vietnam: The Perspective from Three Capitals.”
