Lebanon’s Clouded Future

Norman F. Howard lived in Lebanon in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. He has worked for several United States government agencies, including the Department of Defense and the Department of Commerce, specializing on the Middle East. He is currently a public affairs officer with the Department of State.
