Steven J. Rosen specializes in political-military affairs in the Middle East. He recently served on the International Relations research faculty of the Australian National University and the Political Science Departments of Brandeis University and the University of Pittsburgh. He has published many articles on the Middle East.

Francis Fukuyama is currently a graduate student in the government department at Harvard University. He has held internships at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and the Rand Corporation.
