Energy and the Electric Utilities

Martin L. Baughman is director of the Electric Power Division in the Center for Energy Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. He has published several articles on the economics of electric power and has co-authored a book entitled Electric Power in the United States: Models and Policy Analysis, to be published later this year.
