Robert L. Farlow is coauthor of Comparative Patterns of Foreign Policy and Trade: The Communist Balkans in International Politics (Bloomington, Ind.: International Development Research Center, Indiana University, 1976) and has contributed to several books and journals. His most recent publication is a chapter on “Romania” for the Yearbook on International Communist Affairs, 1978 (Stanford, Calif.: Hoover Institution, 1978). Currently on leave from Muskingum College (New Concord, Ohio), he is spending his Council on Foreign Relations fellowship year in Washington, D.C., where he is analyzing United States foreign policy and the Communist Balkans.
