European and Japanese Energy Policies

Louis Turner is a research fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in London. He is the author of two books on multinational companies, Invisible Empires (New York: Harcourt Brace Jovanovitch, 1970), Multinational Companies and the Third World (New York: Hill and Wang, 1973) and a forthcoming book on the oil industry, The Oil Companies in the International System (New York: Allen and Unwin, 1978). He is currently researching the international implications of Middle Eastern industrialization.
