U. S. Policy and Latin American Reaction

Carlos A. Astiz holds the rank of professor and chairman of the Department of Political Science, Graduate School of Public Affairs, State University of New York at Albany. His publications include Pressure Croups and Power Elites in Peruvian Politics (Ithaca: Cornell University Press, 1969), Latin American International Politics (Notre Dame: University of Notre Dame Press, 1969), and a number of articles, papers, and translations. During the first half of 1978 he is a research fellow in the program on Technology and International Affairs at Harvard University.
