Richard E. Bisseil published two books in 1977 on African international relations, Apartheid and International Organizations (Boulder, Colo.: Westview Press), and Southern Africa in the World: Autonomy or Interdependence (Philadelphia: Foreign Policy Research Institute). He is managing editor of Orbis.
