Donald W. Klein, a research associate of Harvard University’s East Asian Research Center and a member of the Political Science Department of Tufts University, is co-author, with Anne B. Clark, of Biographic Dictionary of Chinese Communism, 1921-1965 (Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1971), and the author of many articles on contemporary China.
