Health Care and the Patient’s Needs

Mary W. Herman is the author of “The Poor: Their Medical Needs and the Health Services Available to Them,” Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science, January, 1972, and “Health Services for the Poor and Neighborhood Health Centers,” Hospital Adminutration, Spring, 1972. Since 1974, she has been associated with the Office of Medical Education, developing educational objectives and teaching social aspects of medicine.
