Federal Involvement in Health Care after 1945

Leda R. Judd has served as a consultant for the National Association of Community Health Centers, the National Blue Cross Association, the American Public Health Association, and several government agencies. She was formerly the Director of National Affairs for the National Urban Coalition, Staff Director of the Citizens Board of Inquiry into Health Services for Americans, and has served on the General Counsels Staff of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. She has written numerous articles and monographs on health problems of the underserved, and on health legislation and urban problems generally.
