Robert O. Tilman, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts at North Carolina State University, is a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, Singapore, during the fall semester of 1975. He is the author, editor, and compiler of a number of works dealing with politics and foreign policy in Southeast Asia.
