Robert C. Stuart is managing editor (in economics) of Soviet Union. He is the author of The Collective Farm in Soviet Agriculture (Lexington, Mass.: D. C. Heath, 1972) and, with Paul R. Gregory, of Soviet Economic Structure and Performance (New York: Harper and Row, 1974); he has also written many articles on Soviet agricultural development.
