Bruce Larkin is currently serving as director of the Education Abroad Program Study Center of the University of California at the Chinese University in Hong Kong. He is the author of China and Africa, 1949–1970: The Foreign Policy of the People’s Republic of China (Berkeley: University of California Press, 1971).
