Military Capabilities in China

Angus M. Fraser has worked as a research analyst and consultant for the Institute for Defense Analyses and the Historical Evaluation and Research Organization since he retired from the Marine Corps in 1964. He is a contributor to Pacific Community, Asian Affairs, Air Force Magazine, Naval Institute Proceedings, and the Marine Corps Gazette. His publications include The People’s Liberation Army: Communist China’s Armed Forces (New York: Crane and Russak, 1973).
