Oil and the OPEC Members

Ragaei El Mallakh is chairman of African and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Colorado, and director of the International Research Center for Energy and Economic Development. He is a former consultant to the World Bank and a reviewer for the Energy Policy Project (Washington, D.C.). Among his numerous publications is Economic Development and Regional Cooperation: Kuwait (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1968).
