Yuan-li Wu is a consultant at the Hoover Institution. He is the author of several books, including An Economic Survey of Communist China (New York: Octagon Books, 1974), Communist China and the World Balance of Power (Washington, D.C.: American Enterprise Institute, 1971), and The Spatial Economy of Communist China (Stanford: The Hoover Institution, 1967).
