Middle East Oil

Ralph H. Magnus is a former foreign service officer in the United State Information Agency. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University, and is the editor of Documents on the Middle East (Washington, D.C.: American Enterprise Institute, 1969), and the author of “Political- Strategic Interests,” in George Lenczowski, ed., United States Interests in the Middle East (Washington, D.C.: American Enterprise Institute, 1968).
