The Soviet Union and Arms Control

Lawrence T. Caldwell worked as a research associate for the Institute of Strategic Studies in London in 1969–1970. He has taught at Wellesley College and has served as director of the Area Studies Research Center and as chairman of the Soviet Studies Program at Occidental College. He is the author of Soviet Attitudes toward SALT (Adelphi Paper, London, 1971), and Soviet Security Interests in Europe and MFR (Santa Monica: California Arms Control and Foreign Policy Seminar, 1974).
