China’s Political Economy: A Traveler’s Report

Jan S. Prybyla is the author of The Political Economy of Communist China (New York: Intext Educational Publishers, 1970) and co-author of World Tensions: Conflict and Accommodation (New York: Appleton-Century-Crofts, 1967, 1972). He has published numerous articles on socialist economies and comparative economic systems. In February of 1974 he visited the People’s Republic of China as a member of a delegation from The Pennsylvania State University.
