Bruce I. Oppenheimer was a graduate fellow in Governmental Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C., in 1970–1971. While there, he began work on a study of interest group activity in Congress. The completed study, entided Oil and the Congressional Process, has recently been published by the Lexington Books Division of D. C. Heath and Company, Lexington, Mass.
