Sidney Wise was a Ford Fellow at the 1960 Democratic Convention and served as legislative assistant to United States Senator Joseph S. Clark. He is an American Political Science Association Legislative Service Fellow and the author of Studies on Congress (New York: Thomas Y. Crowell, 1969), and of “The Decision-Making Process in the Pennsylvania Delegation” in Paul Tillet, ed., Inside Politics: The National Conventions, 1960 (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.: Oceana Publications, 1962).
