Irving G. Williams is the author of The American Vice-Presidency: New Look (New York: Doubleday and Co., 1954), The Rise of the Vice-Presidency (Washington, D.C.: Public Affairs Press, 1956). and Government: Its Structure and Interpretation (New York: W. H. Sadlier, Inc., 1965). He was historical consultant to Edward R. Murrow and Fred W. Friendly in their See It Now television documentary entitled “The Vice Presidency. The Great American Lottery”(1955) and has written articles on allied subjects for learned journals and encyclopedias.
