Sepehr Zabih holds a research scholarship, which has been recently extended, at the University of California at Berkeley. He has written for the Middle East Journal, The Times (London), the Middle East Political Dictionary, among other publications, and is the author of The Communist Movement in Iran (Berkeley: University of California Press, 1966), and achapter, “ Irani-Soviet Relations,” in The Soviet Union and the Middle East (Washington, D.C.: The Middle East Institute, 1969).
