Cuba Fifteen Years Later

George Volsky has been part-time correspondent for The New York Times, based in Miami, since 1962. Lecturer and consultant on Cuba for the Rand Corporation and other research organizations, he has written about Cuban developments for various publications. He is preparing a book on the Cuban economy since 1959.
