The Philippines after Democracy

Richard Butwell is Chairman of the Department of Political Science at the State University of New York, College at Brockport. Among other works, he is the author of U Nu of Burma (Stanford: Stanford University Press, 1969) and Southeast Asia Today and Tomorrow (New York: Praeger, 1969). His most recent visit to Southeast Asia was made in the summer of 1972.
