The Benelux States and the New Community

Pierre-Henri Laurent is a modern and contemporary historian whose interests be in the field of diplomacy. Parts of his forthcoming work on the negotiations creating the European Economic Community,Diplomacy of the Relance Europeenne have appeared in the Political Science Quarterly and the Journal of Contemporary History. He taught at Tulane University before joining the faculty at Tufts University.
