Stuart S. Nagel has been a Law and Social Science Fellow in the Russell Sage Program at the Yale Law School. He is author of The Legal Process from a Behavioral Perspective (Homewood, I11.; Dorsey, 1969) and is now working on a book titled The Effects of Alternate Legal Policies. He has been an attorney to the O.E.O. Legal Services Program, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the N.L.R.B.
