Frank J. Remington, who has been on leave from the University of Wisconsin Law School in the 1970–1971 academic year, has been with the Office of Law Enforcement Assistance of the Department of Justice since 1966, a consultant on the United States Crime Commission (1966) and the United States Commission on Civil Disorders (1967), and an editor of the American Bar Foundation’s Series on the Administration of Criminal Justice in the United States.
