Japan and Southeast Asia in the 1970’s

Kei Wakaizumi was a Research Fellow at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and taught at the National Defense College in Tokyo before joining the faculty of Kyoto Sangyo University. After finishing his graduate studies at the University of London, Professor Wakaizumi traveled abroad extensively.
