Venezuelan Progress Reconsidered

George W. Schuyler is completing a study on the origins of Acción Democrática, for which he recently spent a year of research in Venezuela.

Dieter K. Zschock has published several studies, including Manpower Perspective of Colombia (Princeton: Industrial Relations Section, 1967), and “Health Planning in Latin America: Review and Evaluation,” Latin American Research Review, Fall, 1970. In the past, the coauthors have worked as Ford Foundation staff members in Venezuela and Colombia.
