Harry N. Howard

Adjunct Professor of Middle East Studies, School of International Service, American University

Harry N. Howard is a former U.S. Foreign Service officer and official in the Department of State. He has served as U.N. adviser in the Bureau of Near Eastern and South Asian Affairs, on U.N. commissions in Greece and as acting United States representative on the UNRWA Advisory Commission.
