Bernard Reich has been the Lecturer and Seminar Leader of the United States Army Civil Affairs Training Program Seminar on the Middle East and North Africa, 1967, and is the author, among other works, of the forthcoming book, The United States and the Northern Tier: Some Problems of Security and Defense Policy in Turkey and Iran (Mac-Lean, Virginia: Research Analysis Corporation).
