John F. Bauman

Professor of History, California State College

John F. Bauman teaches a graduate and an undergraduate course in urban America and a course in black history at California State College, California, Pennsylvania. For the past few years he has been studying Philadelphia’s welfare structure, particularly during the period 1932-1937.
