Professor of Political Science, University of California at Los Angeles
David T. Cattell is Acting Director of the International Securities Studies Project at U.C.L.A. A frequent visitor to East Europe and the Soviet Union, Mr. Cattell was an exchange professor at the University of Leningrad in 1962. He has written several books on Soviet affairs. His most recent book is Leningrad: A Case Study of Soviet Urban Government (New York: Praeger, 1968).
