Water Pollution

Harvey Lieber is an assistant professor at the School of Government and Public Administration, The American University. He was an ASPA Fellow with the Federal Pollution Control Administration during 1968–1969, and has published several articles on the politics of air and water pollution control. He formerly taught at Rutgers University and the City University of New York.
