Leonard B. Tennyson has been a professorial lecturer at the American University School of International Service since 1960. From 1950 to 1953, he served as information officer in Vienna and Rome for the Economic Cooperation Administration (Marshall Plan). Since 1954, he has been Director of the Information Service for the European Community.
