The European Institute of Business Administration, Paris
Guy de Carmoy has held many government positions in France. He was Inspector of Finances from 1930 to 1960; and served as Alternate Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Finance from 1946 to 1948. In addition to teaching at the European Institute of Business Administration, he is a professor at the Institute for Political Studies. He is the author of Foreign Policies of France: 1944–1968 (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1970).
