Ronald B. Ballinger
Professor of History, Rhode Island College
Ronald B. Ballinger has been a Research Associate of the South African Institute of International Affairs and has taught at Oxford University, England, and the University of the Witwatersrand. In 1961 he was a John Hay Whitney visting professor; then joined the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. He is the author of South West Africa: The Case against the Union (Johannesburg: Inst. of Race Relations, 1961).
