The ARVN: Prospects for the Army of South Vietnam

Peter Arnett began newspaper work in his native New Zealand. He has worked on newspapers in Sydney, Australia; Bangkok, Thailand; and Vientiane, Laos, and has been Saigon Correspondent for the Associated Press since 1963. In this period, he has become known as one of the most knowledgeable journalists writing on South Vietnam.
