Politics in South Vietnam

Jerry M. Silverman is a member of the Southeast Asia Development Advisory Group. He formerly served in the United States Agency for International Development (AID) in South Vietnam during 1967 and 1968 as both a Program Evaluator and Deputy Province Senior Advisor for Civil Operations and Revolutionary Development Support (CORDS). He has written articles on South Vietnam for many journals.
