Stephen C. Y. Pan, a former adviser to the Chinese delegation to the United Nations, has taught at the Catholic University of America and the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University. He is the director of the East Asian Research Institute and the co-author of Vietnam Crisis (New York: Twin Circle Publishing Co., 1966) and Peking’s Red Guard (New York : Twin Circle Publishing Co., 1968).
