The War Protester

John de J. Pemberton, Jr., has served on the faculty of the Duke University Law School and was associate editor of two publications edited by the school’s faculty. He has had long experience with commissions on Fair Employment Practices and on Civil Rights. Since 1962 he has been executive head of the American Civil Liberties Union.
