West Germany’s Defense Policies

Horst Mendershausen has been on the staff of The RAND Corporation since 1956 studying European political and economic affairs and international relations. He has travelled widely in Europe and is a Lecturer in Economics at The University of California at Los Angeles. He is the author of Two Postwar Recoveries of the German Economy (Amsterdam: North-Holland Publishing Co., 1955).
