Germany, France and “Europe”

Hans A. Schmitt returned last year from Europe where he studied conditions relating to his specialty of integration in Germany. He is the author of The Path of European Union: From the Marshall Plan to the Common Market (Baton Rouge: Louisiana State University Press, 1962) and of Charles Peguy: The Decline of an Idealist (Baton Rouge: Louisiana State University Press, 1967.)
