Pierre Henri Laurent is a European diplomatic historian whose research articles have appeared in The Journal of World History, The Historical Journal ( Cambridge), The International and Comparative Law Quarterly and other journals. In 1962, he was a recipient of a Belgian-American Educational Foundation Fellowship. In 1967, he held a North Atlantic Treaty Organization Research Fellowship in the Humanities. His study of the historical origins of the E.E.G., The Diplomacy of the Relance Européenne, will be published shortly.
